About Your Course Instructor
Doug is a Certified Financial PlannerTM professional, licensed in securities and insurance. Doug has been serving clients in the Kansas City area for more than 43 years, helping people protect and preserve their assets. He has conducted hundreds of seminars on a wide range of financial topics and appeared as a guest speaker at numerous investment industry meetings from coast to coast. He is a board member of the Ozanam Foundation, a charity helping children and families. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and he served in the U.S. Navy, reaching the rank of Lieutenant. Doug has been married to his wife Judy for 51 years. They have four children and 12 grandchildren. Doug enjoys snow skiing, spending time with his grandchildren, and walking.
